PRIVACY POLICY

At the British Laminate Fabricators Association (BLFA), we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our members. We do not sell, rent or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we have provided information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of data we collect

As part of the registration process for our member companies, we collect information about each company which may include business based personal contact information (names, email addresses, telephone numbers) of individual employees/representatives of that organisation. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not pass this information on to any other persons or organisations for marketing purposes.

At times we organise networking events. In such cases, we may pass on the contact details of registered BLFA Member companies and their employees whose names have been registered with us at the BLFA for each specific networking event. This is because we may have to provide lists of names to hotels/venues for table plans, dietary requirements for dinners and other arrangements.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to info@blfa.co.uk
